1. Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Bookings & Reservations
Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A reservation is only confirmed upon direct communication and agreement with Tajpur Retreat management.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in may be subject to a one-night retention charge. Please contact us directly to discuss cancellations.
4. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM. Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Payment
Payment is collected on-site at the resort. Cash is preferred. UPI and digital wallet payments are also accepted, with reliable Jio/Airtel 5G and Wi-Fi coverage at the resort.
6. Conduct on Property
Guests are expected to respect the natural environment, the local community, and fellow guests. Behaviour that disturbs others or damages the property may result in immediate termination of stay.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tajpur Retreat is not liable for loss of personal belongings, injury, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural events or network outages.
